INTERNATIONAL PRIVACY and COOKIE POLICY

This International Privacy and Cookie Policy is an integral part of the Membership Main Agreement and includes our policies in accordance with international legislation regarding the collection, use and evaluation of the information we collect about you in connection with your use of all our services, including the matchbilet.com website, our e-mails, notifications and mobile applications. However, on this Platform, which is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, the main basis for the processing of your data is Annex – 6 Our Right to Use Your Content and Personal Data Policy, which is an annex to the Membership Main Agreement. Therefore, in all matters that conflict with our International Privacy and Cookie Policy and Our Right to Use Your Content and Personal Data Policy, the provisions of the Our Right to Use Your Content and Personal Data Policy shall prevail.

The term ‘Company’ refers to TICKETXTR LTD. When you use the Platform, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your information as explained in this International Privacy and Cookie Policy. Therefore, we recommend that you read the following explanations carefully.

1. SCOPE

1.1. We may collect and store all information you share with us when you start using the Platform. We use the information to fulfill your requests, ensure the functionality of the Platform, improve its quality, monitor the level of use, provide feedback, display relevant advertisements, provide member support, send you messages, back up our systems, allow emergency recovery, improve the security of the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

2. COLLECTED INFORMATION

2.1. Membership Information: If you create an account on the Platform, we may store and use other information you provide through your account, such as your full name, Turkish Republic ID number, contact addresses, gender and date of birth. We may also expect you to provide a photograph when you become a member. We would like to remind you that this should also reflect the truth and that we may also use this information. All information you share with your membership, including but not limited to, may be publicly visible to other members. If you notice that an unauthorized membership describing you or your appearance has been created, you may immediately request the removal of the account in question from info@matchbilet.com.

2.2. Public Content: We would like to remind you that all information you publish on the Platform, including all your offers, shares, photos, entries, comments, likes, connections, members you do business with, posts, bookmarks, friends, lists and account profiles, is intended for public consumption. We may display this content through the Platform, share it with companies, and also distribute it to a wider audience through third party sites and services.

2.3. Information Convenient to Notifications: When you register for a Platform account, you are automatically included in the email list to receive emails from other Platform members if you have opted in as a natural person and have also approved Platform Messages and Notifications. However, even if you are a natural person Member, you cannot opt ​​out of receiving certain administrative or legal notices from the Company. We may store or allow you to manage your communications with other members through the Platform in order to act on or deliver them, and we may review and publicly disclose them in connection with investigations regarding Platform activities and usage. We may not deliver messages and postings that we believe are objectionable, such as unsolicited messages or solicitations, for review exchanges for compensation. We may store any calls and correspondence you make during your communications with us, and any information you transmit through these channels, or even in person, for security and industrial reasons.

2.4. Marketing and Transaction Information: If you conduct a commercial transaction through the Platform, we may collect and store information such as your name, phone number, billing address, and e-mail address, including information you provide to us to communicate with you and fill out forms for future transactions, and which we store to the extent permitted by law. This information may be shared with third parties for the same purposes. The Company first seeks your consent to share your personal information with third parties in order to market their services directly to you. Other than personal identification and membership information, location and preference data, ad locators, or a cryptographic hash function that allows a known account locator to match information of any size to a fixed-length byte string may be shared with third parties to facilitate the display of targeted advertising.

4.2. Service Providers: We may also share your information with third-party providers to support or provide purchasing and shipping services offered through the Platform. Investigations and Proceedings: If you complain to the Company about content on the Platform, we may share the content of your complaint with the Member or party that caused the content to provide them with an opportunity to respond. We may also investigate and disclose information from or about you if we have a good faith belief that such investigation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a properly obtained search warrant, court order, legal proceeding or other legal process or law enforcement instructions and orders served on us; to prevent, investigate or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the Platform; or to protect our rights, reputation, property or the rights, reputation or property of our users, affiliates or the public.

When membership is established with social media accounts, we request that missing information be filled in when you first log in to the Platform.

5. PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Please note that the transactions you have made, the tickets you have received or sent, or the messages you have sent using the Platform are confidential to the extent that you and the recipient keep them confidential. Please also note that the Company may access such messages for research purposes related to the use of the Platform.

6. DATA STORAGE AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

6.1. You may close your account by sending an e-mail to info@matchbilet.com.

6.2. Unless prohibited by law, we may store the information we obtain about you for the purposes permitted under this International Privacy and Cookies Policy. We may use the data we store to prevent, investigate or identify possible wrongdoings in connection with the Platform or to comply with legal obligations. Please note that members cannot remove job listings, ratings or comments by closing their accounts.

7. CHILDREN

7.1 The Platform is intended for general users and is in no way intended for children under the age of 18 (Eighteen). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 (Eighteen). We will destroy it immediately if we notice or report it. 8. SECURITY

8.1. We comply with generally accepted industry standards for the protection of personal information sent to us during the transmission of information and when we receive this information.

If we make changes to our International Privacy and Cookie Policy, we will notify you via e-mail prior to the effective date of the changes. By continuing to access or use the Platform after these changes become effective, you agree to be bound by this updated International Privacy and Cookie Policy.
