According to Articles 6, 8 and 16 of the 5th Section of the Membership Main Agreement titled Ticket Sales, Seller's Rights and Obligations, if it is determined that the ticket offered by the seller does not have the actual conditions and qualifications, the monetary penalties determined below for the penal situations are collected from the seller. The determined penal fees are monetary lower limits and the penal fees are increased according to the importance and severity of the situation. In any case, the monetary penalty corresponding to the situation in question cannot be less than the ticket price opened for offer and its upper limit is determined by the Company. However, it should be noted that the Company has the exclusive authority to close the accounts of sellers who repeatedly violate the rules or do not fulfill the conditions.

1. Situations arising from late delivery of tickets:
1.1. Delivery of a Ticket for any show later than the maximum period determined by the Company,
1.2. Sending a different Ticket than the one published, (-which is a valid penalty even if the Seller thinks the offer is the same or better than the one published.)
1.3. The Company has to activate support systems to complete a sale that was not fulfilled by the Seller,
1.4. The Company has to refund or reimburse the Buyer due to the Seller not completing the transaction,
1.5. Failure to send the Ticket within a maximum of 3 (Three) days after the date marked as the sending date when publishing it. (Events included in the Last Minute Program and sales made 5 (Five) days before the event are excluded from this scope.)

2. Situations arising from unsuccessful orders:
2.1. The seat is in a different row order than the one published,
2.2. The seat is in a different section than the one published,
2.3. The seat is in a higher area than the one published, regardless of the distance to the stage,
2.4. Changing a Reserved Ticket to a General Ticket or vice versa,
2.5. Seats that will change the audience's view of the area,
2.6. Sending tickets that are published side by side but belong to different places,
2.7. Tickets sold "together" or with phrases that mean the same thing but are not actually side by side,
2.8. If there are restrictions on the ticket, this is not clearly stated in the advertisement,
2.9. Tickets in a different category than the one shown on the map on the Platform where the sale is made.
